Michelle Heslop has always been a creative at heart, following her studies of the Performing Arts at the Waterfront Theatre School in Cape Town and an almost 10-year career with the Mad World Group of Companies she worked her way up to the position of curator and Managing Director of the Bromwell Boutique which was established in 2008. She is therefore no stranger to the world of SA fashion and design and the need to promote individualism and celebrate the diversity that is South African culture.

Fast forward to 2016 and it was inevitable that Michelle form her own fashion label, MICHION. A brand that quite simply aims to simplify the process of getting dressed in the morning. The brand is a proud designer of One-Piece staples such as dresses and Jumpsuits, with fabrics sourced and made locally. Michelle believes that fashion should easily transition from work to play. Oh! And she also recommends wearing heels that you can dance in too!
